ABSTRACT:College libraries have significant role in preparation of dynamic future leaders by offering students lucrative services so that users can learn the process of how to enter methods of higher research oriented studies gradually Libraries are established to achieve specific goals and objectives. The library as an institution is vital in the national development are important agents in the development of human resources of any nation. This study is an attempt to identify the present status library with providing services of college libraries at Arya P. G. College Panipat, Haryana. The Study based on primary as well as secondary information and data has been collected adapting questionnaire and interview method. The finding of the study shows that the structure of college library collection, services and physical arrangement of library system.
