TITLE: ANALYZING THE EVOLVING TRENDS IN CROP DIVERSIFICATION IN HARYANA: A COMPREHENSIVE STUDY
ABSTRACT: Utilising information spanning from 2019-2020 to 2022-2023, the writer of this scientific paper explores the changing trends of farming variety in the Indian region of Haryana. It is crucial to vary crop production in order to guarantee the long-term sustainability of agriculture in the region, which has traditionally been focused on the cultivation of wheat and rice. When computing the indicator of farming variety for the regions in Haryana, we employ an altered edition of the Bhatia method. This enables us to categorise the districts into elevated, moderate, and reduced diversity areas. This investigation emphasises modifications in cultivation patterns and their spatial distribution, offering policymakers and stakeholders with valuable data as a consequence. It emphasises the necessity of promoting diverse cultivation methods to enhance the agricultural durability and nourishment stability in the region of Haryana.
